Q.  If Linux is a FREE what am I paying for ?

      You are paying for us to install and configure the system.

      You are also receiving some tuition on how to use Linux

Q.  What software is available for linux?

Q.  What about viruses  ?    

  If Open source software is available to be modified then is there a possibility that a virus could be created.

 A.  Yes, but is is very unlikely that it will ever affect your system.

       Firstly the software is open source meaning that there are literally thousands of people to inspect the code for viruses.

       Secondly, you control what is installed onto your system.  Linux requires you to give permission to install anything onto your system.
