Our Schedule of fees are based on an hourly rate we believe that this is better for our customers.
As we can offer more services at a better rate than our competitors who charge a FIXED rate for a fixed service.

Why pay $99 for a 15 minute job when you will only pay $38.50 with us.

Windows PC support
$22 call out fee
$66 per hour (charged in 15 minute intervals) 1hr $88

NO FIX NO FEE: if we can't fix it we will not charge. (Not even the call out fee)

HARDWARE: We can supply you with hardware at our COST PRICE or use your hardware. All you Pay for is our time to install the hardware.

Set-up my Computer

Install a New Computer or new Hardware & Software

We can set-up your new computer, install software or hardware.

When you get your new computer it can be difficult to know where to connect all of those plugs. Connect it to the network and install security software.

Services offered

New Computer Set-up: We can unpack and connect all of the plugs, having you up and running in no time. We can install anti-virus software, MS Office software and Open Office. We can connect you to the internet though your wireless network or modem directly. Set up email programs, so you can collect your email. Time: 2 - 3 hours (depending on software installation requirements.)

Hardware & Software installation: Installing new hardware & software can be a daunting task for the uninitiated. We can install a new Hard-drive, Memory, DVD-RW drives and any software. Time: 1/2 - 1 Hour

Computer Tuition: Do you want us to give you some training about how to surf the Internet, use Windows or any tuition that you require. Time: 1 Hour blocks. (Special price $55/hr no-call out fee)
