Our Schedule of fees are based on an hourly rate we believe that this is better for our customers.
As we can offer more services at a better rate than our competitors who charge a FIXED rate for a fixed service.

Why pay $99 for a 15 minute job when you will only pay $38.50 with us.

$66 per hour (charged in 15 minute intervals) 1hr $88

NO FIX NO FEE: if we can't fix it we will not charge. (Not even the call out fee)

HARDWARE: We can supply you with hardware at our COST PRICE or use your hardware. All you Pay for is our time to install the hardware.

There is something wrong with my computer.

Sometimes your computer won't start, is running slow or your printer is not working properly.

We can prove a Diagnostic service, Tune-up your computer, remove viruses and upgrade your computer installing new Hardware & Software.

Services Provided

Diagnostic Service: We can have a look at your computer to see what is actually wrong, if it is a small issue we will fix it otherwise we will advise you what needs to be done and how long it will take. Time: 1/2 - 1 Hour

Computer Tune-up: We can run some system checks to see if you computer can be optimised to run faster, remove unwanted programs and free system resources. We can ensure that your anti-virus and operating system software are set to automatic update, ensuring that you are kept safe on the internet. Time: 1 - 1/2 hours

Spyware & Virus removal: Ensuring that your computer is free from Viruses and Spyware are paramount to your Internet security. We can install anti-virus software onto your computer. Time: 1/2 - 1 Hour

Hardware & Software installation: Installing new hardware & software can be a daunting task for the uninitiated. We can install a new Hard-drive, memory, DVD-RW drives and any software. Time: 1/2 - 1 Hour

Computer Upgrades: We can upgrade your memory, Hard-disk drive and install other peripherals like DVD drives and printers. Time: 1/2 - 1 hour

Re-format System & Re-install OS: As your Hard-drive ages, file corruption can occur within you operating system, which causes your system to malfunction. Other symptoms could include 'slowness' and unexplained error messages. Sometimes the only solution is to re-format the Hard-drive and re-install the operating system. Time: 3 - 4 Hours
