Our Schedule of fees are based on an hourly rate we believe that this is better for our customers.
As we can offer more services at a better rate than our competitors who charge a FIXED rate for a fixed service.

Why pay $99 for a 15 minute job when you will only pay $38.50 with us.

Windows PC support
$22 call out fee
$66 per hour (charged in 15 minute intervals) 1hr $88

NO FIX NO FEE: if we can't fix it we will not charge. (Not even the call out fee)

HARDWARE: We can supply you with hardware at our COST PRICE or use your hardware. All you Pay for is our time to install the hardware.

My name is Andrew.

I graduated with a Bachelors Degree of Information Technology in 1994.

I worked as a software engineer specialising in Database software for corporate clients for 10 years.

Over the past 5 years I have worked in the customer service industry.

Penguin Tech Services was created to cater for ordinary people with ordinary needs at a competitive price.

My customers are the most important people, if you are happy we are happy.

I treat my customers the way we would like to be treated, with respect and trust.
